Mwana Luzito Project moves into Phase Two at Primary School No. 3048, Cazenga

On Wednesday, October 16 of this year, a ceremony was held to present the second phase of the Mwana Luzito Project, an initiative promoted by GGMF, at Primary School No. 3048, located in the municipality of Cazenga, in Luanda. The event marked a new chapter in the implementation of the project, which aims to strengthen moral and civic values among primary and secondary school children and adolescents.

The ceremony was attended by members of the school’s general management and more than seven teachers from the classes directly involved in the project.

Both the School Board and the teachers present were expectant and open to what lies ahead with the project, showing great hope for the positive impact it could have on the students and the school community.
They enthusiastically welcomed the proposals presented and reinforced their commitment to actively collaborating in the development of the planned activities.

During the first phase, which took place at Primary School No. 8014 – ABC, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi, the project benefited around 150 5th graders, generating very promising results in terms of behavioral improvement and adherence to extracurricular social citizenship activities. Now, with the expansion to Cazenga, the aim is to extend the project’s reach and have an even greater impact on the region’s school communities.

At the event, the GGMF stressed the importance of continuing the work of promoting ethical and civic values among young people, pointing out that this phase of the project will not only continue the actions already implemented, but will also introduce new community integration activities and strengthen educational support through Comic Sans.
