Last Thursday, the 24th, the GGMF, represented by its patron, Gianni Gaspar Martins, and the UCAN, Catholic University of Angola, represented by the Rector, Sister Dr. Maria da Assunção, signed a Memorandum of Understanding that aims at collaboration between the two parties in a series of common projects.

Among the various projects is the construction of a multi-sports court in the area adjacent to Palanca, as education and health must go hand in hand. “Healthy mind, healthy body”, said the Foundation’s patron in his speech after signing the protocols, who embraced the project without sparing any effort.

In turn, Sister Dr. Maria da Assunção thanked the Foundation for its gesture and initiative in collaborating with the institution: “This gesture is a great honor for us, coming from a non-profit institution that has spared no effort to guarantee the minimum well-being to those in need.”

The Catholic University of Angola is a renowned and prestigious higher education institution that has existed for over 20 years, which teaches, among its various courses, Law, Engineering and Economics.

The Gianni Gaspar Martins Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization whose objective is the human and cognitive development of children and young adults, especially in the fields of education, culture and health.
